Tiana Geer

Project Manager

Tiana is a fun-loving and dynamic Project Manager at Houck Construction, thriving in the fast-paced world of construction. Her career journey has taken her through a variety of fields, including finance, private security, real estate development, nonprofit work, and even Ford Models in NYC—talk about a diverse skill set! She’s also been a horse trainer and jumping instructor, showing that no challenge is too big for her to tackle.

A graduate of UCLA Extension’s Project Management program, Tiana brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for efficiency to every project. Whether she’s implementing new software, organizing an event, or managing complex project details, she embraces the variety her role offers with enthusiasm.

Outside of work, Tiana enjoys spending time with her husband, their two cats, and their adorable baby girl, who joined the family last year. She’s also an avid horseback rider, loves drawing, and enjoys traveling. And in the near future, she’s looking forward to adding a dog to their growing family!
