A woman with long hair smiling and laughing while lying across the open door of a green Rivian pickup truck parked in a lot under a blue sky.

Monica Nouriya

Director of Marketing

Monica grew up in the bustling heart of Los Angeles and studied Business Management with a focus on Marketing at Cal State Northridge. With over a decade of experience, she’s a marketing powerhouse and an integral member of the Houck Construction team.

Monica’s obsession with all things home design began early, dreaming up her own creative spaces and teaming up with her dad, a talented carpenter, on renovation projects. She’s always been the go-to for turning visions into reality, and now she’s doing just that at Houck, one dream home at a time.

These days, Monica’s journey is all about balance and joy. She’s a hot yoga devotee (catch her mastering tree pose like a pro) and has recently channeled her inner jazz legend by picking up the saxophone—a nod to her parents, who were musicians. When she’s not jamming on her sax, you’ll find her at a jazz club soaking in live music or cheering her heart out for her beloved Lakers and Dodgers.

At home, Monica’s kitchen is her happy place, where she whips up delicious meals with a sprinkle of love and a dash of fun. Her two Shar-Pei sidekicks, Scoop and Kato, are always underfoot, hoping for a taste test or ready for a cuddle session.

With a passion for creativity, soulful vibes, and a love for connecting with others, Monica brings her whole heart to every project, meal, and moment. Next time you see her, be sure to swap your favorite recipes or jazz playlists—she’s all ears!
