People gathered at a banquet table decorated with a floral centerpiece, engaged in conversation during a festive event with Christmas trees and lights in the background.
A man in a dark green shirt and gray pants is sitting on a wooden counter inside a modern office or studio, holding a small object and looking at it. The background shows large windows, plants, and industrial-style lighting.

Kelly Nogy

Senior Superintendent

Kelly knew construction was his heart’s desire as early as high school. His decades-long passion for building things has provided the skills needed for all phases of construction. He is an expert in the three “F’s” – foundation, framing, and finish carpentry, and has been with Houck Construction since the beginning. He was David’s first employee, starting as a carpenter, then project manager, and now works as a field superintendent.

Kelly loves a challenge, and remodeling can have plenty of them. His strong suits are troubleshooting and problem-solving. He gets a thrill from working with high-end products and finishes, and his attention to detail is extraordinary. His love for building doesn’t stop when he goes home. He tinkers on his house and works on muscle cars. His wife and daughters keep him healthy with family hiking trips.
