License & Artwork Agreement

Houck Construction, Inc., (“Houck”) and any of its affiliated entities will from the beginning of time until the end of time have a perpetual license to use any artwork, or its likeness, submitted in any and all of its media including online, print, on merchandise, and any other visual collateral.

Except where prohibited by law, an entry submission into this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, prize information, and information provided on the entry form for publicity purposes without further permission or compensation from the beginning of time until the end of time.

The winner must submit a scalable vector version of the winning design so that it is adaptable to electronic and print media, to reproduction on small and large surfaces, and to use in color or in grayscale.  The submission file is to be imported into Photoshop which accepts the following file types: .PSD, .JPG, .PDF, .TIFF

By submitting an entry, each artist agrees that any and all intellectual property rights of the artwork are owned by the artist but the artist and their heirs, and/or any interested party whatsoever, also licenses Houck perpetually to use the artwork for any of its marketing or other purpose from the beginning of time until the end of time.
